The team here at FrozenSand is proud to announce that we have finally found Urban Terror 4.2 after many months of searching high and low for just the right combination of the everything that we knew was in the mix of raw material. To start putting things back together BladeKiller"s map “Tombs” was selected to be the first tech map that was to include the graphics improvement provided by TwentySeven and the total map was cut down to size to make the improvements more manageable from the ground up. The first problem to overcome was developing a new and different way of lighting the map that worked best with the addition of bump and spec mapping and I can only tell you from my observation BladeKiller had a rather daunting task ahead of her. Well needless to say you can see how well her hard work paid off by viewing the excellent work Decoy put into producing the very first HQ demo of what 4.2 will look like and even excel with in the coming months. http://www.youtube.com/user/UrbanTerrorOfficial The videos are the real deal and we on the team are finally happy that we are now on the downhill side of this massive mountain called Urban Terror 4.2.
